Right of Withdrawal

1. Customer's Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from their order within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which the customer or a third party designated by the customer takes possession of the goods.

2. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer can inform us of their decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or via the return form in our shop footer). Email: info@leyvaro.com

3. Return of Goods
The customer must return the goods promptly and in any event no later than 14 days after sending the withdrawal notice. The customer bears the return shipping costs unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.

Important note: The return address will be provided to the customer by email after they contact us. The customer must therefore get in touch with us before sending the goods back.

4. Defective or Damaged Goods
Visible transport damage must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the goods by email with photo or video evidence to info@leyvaro.com. For other defects, statutory warranty rights apply. We ask the customer to notify us of any defects as early as possible by email with appropriate photographic evidence so we can find a quick solution.

The customer may choose between:

• Replacement delivery
• Refund of the purchase price

5. Returns with Damage or Without Original Packaging

• Goods must be returned in the condition in which they were received — trying on is permitted, but the goods must not have been worn, washed or otherwise used. All labels must still be attached. Missing packaging materials will not result in rejection but may lead to a deduction for loss of value.
• If the goods have been damaged due to improper use or damage caused by the customer, we reserve the right to deduct the loss of value from the refund amount.
• If the goods are no longer fit for resale, the withdrawal and refund may be refused.

6. Refund of the Purchase Price
If the customer withdraws from the contract, we will refund all payments received from the customer, including delivery costs (unless the customer chose a more expensive shipping method than standard delivery), promptly and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notice of withdrawal. We will use the same payment method the customer used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

• For the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
