1. Shipping Costs

  • All orders to Switzerland, Germany, Austria and international destinations (EU, USA, Canada, etc.) are shipped free of charge. There are no shipping costs for the customer.

2. Delivery Times

  • For orders within Switzerland, Germany and Austria, delivery typically takes 4–11 business days. In individual cases it may take up to 14 business days depending on shipping and customs processing.
  • For international orders (EU, USA and other countries), delivery also takes 4–11 business days but may vary up to 14 business days depending on the shipping and customs regulations of the destination country.

We work with various shipping service providers including:

  • Austria Post
  • and other trusted shipping partners

This allows us to ensure fast and secure delivery to our customers.

4. Customs Fees and Import Duties

All customs fees, import duties and taxes are covered by us. No additional costs will be charged to the customer upon delivery. Note: In rare cases, delays due to customs clearance may occur which are outside of our direct control.

5. Shipping Delays and Liability
We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible and ensure reliable delivery.

  • In the event of loss or proven damage by the shipping provider, we take full responsibility and offer either a replacement delivery or a full refund.
  • For delays caused by customs clearance or unforeseeable events (e.g. strikes, natural disasters, government measures) we cannot accept liability for the resulting waiting time.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped, so you can track the status of your delivery at any time.

7. Delivery Address

  • Please ensure that the delivery address provided is correct to avoid delays or delivery errors.
  • We are not responsible for misdirected or delayed shipments due to incorrect address information.
